Community Care Night is an opportunity for the AU community to come together and take care of their mental health together. We will have snacks and tea to help people unwind. We will have the opportunity to individually journal, decorate journals, and talk to one another. The goal of this event is to give people a space to talk about their mental health and find community and relaxation on campus.…more
