Professor Meredith Persily Lamel joined the Key faculty after teaching in the Kogod School of Business. She has an extensive career in executive education, coaching and consulting. Most recently, she ran leadership and management training programs for chiefs of staff and legislative directors in the U.S. House of Representatives and facilitated strategic planning and organizational development for over 50 U.S. Representatives and Senators and their staffs. She also wrote Chief Counsel, a monthly management column for Roll Call newspaper. She was director of executive education for CEB where she taught human resources best practices to numerous Fortune 500 companies. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, she worked as a telecommunications senior market analyst for The Economist Intelligence Unit’s telecommunications division and then served as their deputy director of research.
