Updated 10/18

PERIL is excited to learn more about the Introduction to The Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships.(CP3) was  established to coordinate targeted violence and terrorism prevention (TVTP) efforts within DHS and across the federal government. CP3’s mission is to strengthen our country’s prevention abilities through funding, training, increased public awareness, and partnerships. In this webinar, The Public Health-Informed Approach to Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention, CP3 staff will describe the public health-informed approach to targeted violence prevention, explaining how this approach is different from past countering violent extremism and counterterrorism approaches, and will present individuals with insight into the field of prevention as they search for career opportunities.
