For more than 20 years, Elitza Popova-Talty has represented clients in dispute resolution of complex commercial and investor state disputes.  She has served as counsel in international and domestic arbitrations before major arbitral institutions.  The disputes have involved wide range of industries such as transportation, aviation, hospitality, electricity, construction, intellectual property right, satellites and others. Before starting her own practice, Elitza practiced dispute resolution at Milbank LLP for over 16 years.
