Brian Stanford
Brian Stanford is a Senior Attorney with NASA’s Office of the General Counsel at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He practices in the Contracts & Acquisition Integrity Law group, providing NASA enterprise-level legal advice and litigating on behalf of the agency on a host of legal issues regarding NASA’s contractual relationships across the agency’s ten field centers. He previously served as a lead procurement law counsel to the U.S. Department of Education and began his legal career in private practice with the Washington office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, LLP, where he represented defense, aerospace, and national security contractors as an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts practice group.
